Alexey Busev spoke to the Intersectoral Industrial Forum about the development of Russia–UAE business cooperation

Intersectoral Industrial Forum “Real Tools for the Real Business” under the auspices of Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade (Minpromtorg) was held in the World Trade Center of Moscow on June 7, 2015. The Forum was mainly intended to represent ministerial support programmes for the real economy. One of the main agenda items was the prospects for investment cooperation between Russia and key international partners. Panellists agreed that there is an urgent need in establishing mutually beneficial relations with international investors including for the purposes of export development and foreign markets entry.

Alexey Busev, Chairman of the Russia–UAE Commission on Economic Cooperation of Moscow Chamber of Commerce, spoke to the Forum on the development of investment cooperation between Russian business and major Emirati companies. Noting the high potential for beneficial investments, Alexey Busev also pointed out that there is a problem of insufficient knowledge about mutual cooperation opportunities and specific investment projects in business community of both UAE and Russia. Thus, the solution of this problem is the main priority for Commission at the moment.
